  • Communications — Messages you send via the contact form, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Usage Data — Browser type, pages visited, time on site, and referral source — collected via cookies and analytics tools to improve your experience.
  • Biometric Data — We do not collect biometric identifiers (fingerprints, facial data, etc.).

In compliance with the New York SHIELD Act, we maintain a formal Data Security Program that includes:

Designated privacy coordinator, employee data handling training, and regular risk assessments.

Technical

SSL/TLS encryption, secure payment processing (no card data stored), network security monitoring, and access controls.

Physical

Secure data storage practices and proper disposal procedures for any physical records containing personal information.

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes in this policy, or as required by law. Order records are kept for a minimum of 5 years for accounting and legal compliance. You may request deletion at any time — see Section 07.

Data Breach Notification SHIELD Act

In the event of a security breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you within 30 days of discovery — as required by the December 2024 amendment to the NY SHIELD Act. Notification will be sent to the email address associated with your account and, where required, to the New York Attorney General and Department of Financial Services.

Our website may contain links to third-party sites (e.g. Instagram, PayPal). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites and encourage you to review their own policies before submitting any personal information.
